Summary

Plans, manages, and coordinates the resources and activities that support the facilitation, implementation, and successful completion of assigned projects to uphold company-wide initiatives, which will contribute to the continued growth of the organization. This is an opportunity to touch every department within Foley Family Wines. Exercise leadership in integrated project management that includes the development, planning, initiation, and oversight of assigned projects. We are looking for someone that will drive project planning and tracking progress on key business objectives. Consistently provide engaging customer service to internal and external customers.

** This is a hybrid work schedule. The position is based on-site in Santa Rosa, with flexibility for remote 2 days a week. **

Roles and Responsibilities

•  Build roadmaps with timelines and dependencies, tracking key milestones and progress
•  Identify and recommend changes to implement for company-wide Process Improvement indicatives
•  Partner with the project team members and stakeholders using the defined project specific infrastructure and processes
•  Partner cross functionally across the organization staying on top of deliverables as needed with clear and concise communication
•  Lead weekly project meetings with key stakeholders
•  Ability to bring structure and focus to disorder when needed; be able to make decisions and determinations with limited information and direction
•  Evaluate and coordinate status of scope and schedule deliverables in collaboration with the project team and Leadership.
•  Communicate effectively to project stakeholders and leadership
•  Deliver status reports as defined by the project team
•  Lead with a data driven organized approach
•  Identify, manage & communicate key project risks and conduct risk management objectives
•  Maintains, tracks, reports and understands variances in the integrated project budget by working in close collaboration with functional contributors and finance
•  Ensure compliance with company policy, local, state and federal laws related to assigned projects.
•  Manage multiple concurrent projects.

•  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in various locations
•  Effectively prioritize and perform a variety of simultaneous tasks in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating initiative and self-direction to complete projects within expected deadlines.
•  Ability to make decisions quickly, based upon a combination of analysis, experience and judgment.
•  Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with fellow employees and outside contacts, user groups and vendors.
•  Flexible personality with the ability to deal with ambiguity and to think outside the box and provide a continuous flow of new ideas and potential improvements.
•  Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all matters.

Experience and Qualifications

•  At least (8) years in a role with formal project management responsibility, exhibiting knowledge, application, and coordination of projects.
•  Demonstrated leadership experience supporting cross functional teams
•  Experience working with web-based Project Collaboration systems; Support the implementation, enforce its use, and provide ongoing support to all employees
•  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) software.
•  Excellent organizational, analytical, communications and project management skills.
•  Effective presentation capabilities and interpersonal skills with groups of varied sizes.
•  Program Management Institute (PMI) Certification, preferred
