1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Foley Family Wines & Spirits, located at 200 Concourse Blvd. , Santa Rosa, CA 95403
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins upon launch and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2026. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated herein.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who:
Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
Reside in a state where Foley Family Wines is legally permitted to ship wine.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regularions.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in states where the Promotion is permitted by law and where Sponsor is authorized to ship wine. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
Online Entry
During the Promotion Period, complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form through the designated QR code or promotional website.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026 and received by January 10, 2027. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
A one-year Foley Family Wines wine club membership of the winner’s choice from participating eligible wine clubs.
Four (4) quarterly shipments consisting of four (4) bottles per shipment (sixteen (16) bottles total).
Winner pays only $1 per shipment ($4 total during the membership year).
Complimentary tastings for the winner and up to three (3) guests at participating Foley Family Wines properties during the membership year, subject to availability, reservation requirements, and winery policies.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,104.
The prize is not transferable, assignable, refundable, or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Alcohol Beverage Restrictions
Winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and legally eligible to receive wine shipments.
Winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity before prize fulfillment. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Wine shipments are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
All wine deliveries require the signature of an adult age 21 or older. Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or locations where age verification cannot be completed.
If the selected winner resides in a state or jurisdiction where the Sponsor cannot legally ship wine, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the wine-related portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, where legally permitted.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted on or about January 15, 2027.
The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, text message, mail, or any combination thereof using the contact information provided at entry.
If the potential winner:
Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within seven (7) days;
Fails to satisfy eligibility requirements;
Fails to provide any requested documentation; or
Declines the prize, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Marketing Communications
Entry into the Sweepstakes is not conditioned upon consent to receive marketing emails or text messages.
Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to promotional communications from Foley Family Wines.

10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstaeks.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
